Return and Exchange Policy
Order Return and Exchange Policy
We only accept product exchanges for defects and do not offer exchanges for other items. If there are any issues with your order or products, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery (including national holidays). Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
For returns, please fill out the return form with your name, contact address, phone number, and reasons for return to expedite processing. When returning the product, please include the complete packaging and invoice.
We do not refund return shipping fees for customer errors in ordering. If any mistake on our part (wrong product sent, damaged during shipping, or product defect) necessitates a return, we will cover the return postage and provide a full refund or replacement. (For payments made by credit card or ATM transfer, refunds will be processed directly to your account.)
For personal reasons for returns or exchanges (ex:dislike of style, different from expectations), customers are responsible for return postage.
Customers enjoy a seven-day cooling-off period starting from the day after receiving their purchased items site-wide (not for trial purposes). If there are any issues with the received products, you may request returns or exchanges within this seven-day period.

Consumers of Motor Design's online shopping are entitled to a seven-day cooling-off period starting from the day after the product is received, in accordance with consumer protection laws. However, this cooling-off period is not a trial period (e.g., product not registered, system not connected, screen protector not removed or reattached, etc.). Please note that returned items must be in their original condition (the same state as when the product was received) and must include complete packaging (including the product itself, accessories, gifts, warranty, original packaging, and all accompanying documents or materials). Do not remove any accessories or damage the original packaging.
If you purchase electronic devices or personal hygiene products (such as inner liners) that cannot be restored to their original condition once unsealed, please do not open them until you are certain you do not want to return them. Once opened, these items are not eligible for the seven-day cooling-off period and cannot be returned, as per consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be in brand-new condition and in their original packaging, with all contents intact (including the product, accessories, gifts, packaging, original box, and all accompanying documents or materials). The items must not be scratched, damaged, contaminated, exposed to moisture, or have barcodes, certification labels, or warranty stickers damaged, removed, altered, reattached, registered, unrecognizable, or subjected to external damage or impact. Both the product and accessories must be undamaged and complete. Failure to meet these conditions may affect your right to return the product or result in a fee for damages.
If you have applied stickers, films, coatings, etc., to the product and wish to return it within the seven-day period, please remove them yourself. Motor Design is not responsible for removing these or compensating for them. This ensures that your return/exchange rights are not affected. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Please use the original packaging when returning the item (we recommend keeping the shipping box for seven days). Repackage the product and avoid attaching shipping labels or writing directly on the original manufacturer’s box. If the original manufacturer’s box is damaged, use another box to send it back. If the original packaging is damaged, refurbishment fees may be charged depending on the situation.
(You must apply within seven days of receiving the product; late requests will not be processed.)
【Refund Process Explanation】
- Apply for a return.
- Send back the return item with complete packaging.
- After receiving the returned item, inspection will take approximately 5 business days (excluding holidays).
- If the inspection is successful, Motor Design will submit a refund/cancellation request to the bank. The refund process will take about 10 to 14 business days (excluding holidays) to complete.
- If there are any issues with the returned item during inspection, the refund process will be paused, and a representative will contact you directly.
This website (Motor Design) reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate any terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the site and will not be individually notified.
